Delivery Fee

  • Thank you so much for choosing us to deliver your beautiful flowers! To ensure they arrive fresh and on time—whether it’s same-day or next-day—we charge a $11.99 delivery fee. This helps us cover the care and speed it takes to get them to your door just as you’d like. We truly appreciate your understanding and are excited to help make your day (or someone else’s) a little brighter!


Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before [cut off time, which is 2:00 PM].
  • it's best to place orders as early as possible, ideally before the specified cutoff time. If you're ordering later in the day, calling the florist directly can increase the chances of accommodating your request beyond cut off time.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for next-day delivery or the next available date you choose during business hours.
  • Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Monday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • We do our best to accommodate specific time requests but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
  • Deliveries to businesses, hospitals, nursing homes, and funeral will be prioritized based on their operating hours.


Delivery Instructions & Recipient Availability

  • Please provide accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s name, phone number, and address.
  • If the recipient is not available, we may:
    • Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location.
    • Deliver to a neighbor or front desk (if applicable).
    • Attempt redelivery (additional fees may apply).


Special Delivery Requests

  • For surprise deliveries, please indicate this when ordering.
  • If you need flowers delivered at a specific time, contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Weather & Delivery Delays

In cases of extreme weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed. We will notify you if there are any changes to your scheduled delivery.


No-Contact Delivery Option

For added safety and convenience, we offer no-contact delivery. Our driver will leave the flowers at the designated location and notify the recipient upon arrival.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
  • Once an order has been prepared or is out for delivery, we are unable to make changes or issue a refund.
